Use the following procedures to configure the FortiGate unit as a PPTP gateway:
Adding users and user groups
To add a user for each PPTP client:

Go to User > Local.

Add and configure PPTP users.

Go to User > User Group.

Add and configure PPTP user groups.

Enabling PPTP and specifying an address range

Go to VPN > PPTP > PPTP Range.

Select Enable PPTP.

Enter the Starting IP and the Ending IP for the PPTP address range.
