Downloading the certificate request
With this procedure, you download the certificate request from the FortiGate unit to
the management computer.
To download the certificate request:

Go to VPN > Local Certificates.

Select Download

Select Save.

Name the file and save it in a directory on the management computer.
Requesting the signed local certificate
With this procedure, you copy and paste the certificate request from the management
computer to the CA web server.
To request the signed local certificate:

On the management computer, open the local certificate request in a text editor.

Copy the certificate request.
3
Connect the CA web server.
to download the local certificate to the management computer.
