Bottom transporter sliding movement

O Move the needle bar to a position 0.6 mm after t.d.c.
O Turn the eccentric 1 ( screws 2 ), without moving it sideways according to the rule.

Rule
When the needle bar is positioned 0.6 mm after t.d.c., the bottom transporter should not
move when the shaft 3 is rotated back and forth.
