Transfer System 1. Before Brewing • Remove the sight gauge vent cap from the dispenser you want to transfer, and insert the transfer hose into the top of the sight gauge. • Ensure that the dispenser, brew basket, and holding tank cover are in place, and that all old coffee has been drained from the holding tank and dispensers. -
