    Activating Your USB Modem If your USB modem has not been preactivated or you have not activated it at the time of purchase, you must activate your account and configure the USB modem to use your account. If the “****** ****** ******” window appears, click to indicate that you’d like to have the network autoprogram your USB modem.

    Using the USB Extension Cable and Laptop Clip Optionally, you can use the provided USB extension cable and laptop clip. The laptop clip fits on top of your laptop screen and holds your USB modem. This allows you to use your USB modem in crowded spaces.
