ASSEMBLY ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 3. Assemble the upper handle assembly to the main frame. Simultaneously insert actuator rod into the upper handle. WARNING Use safety glasses and gloves when infl ating Main Frame and installing the tires. Use manual pump only to infl ate.
