Possible cause
The water level in the water
tank is too low.
The water filter cartridge is
logged.
The steaming function button
blinks or constantly lights up
white. The steaming function is
activated.
The steaming knob is not in
the OFF position.
Coffee powder is too fine.
The cups are not preheated.
The appliance is not preheated. Press one of the cup extraction

Solution
Refill the water tank to the MAX
indicator.
Install the water tank correctly.
Replace the water filter
cartridge (see chapter

Press one of the cup extraction
buttons.
Rotate the steaming knob
clockwise.
Increase the grind size.
Preheat the cups on the cup
tray or with the steaming
wand.
