MOWER ADJUSTMENTS
To avoid personal injury:
A Park the tractor on a firm, flat and level surface
and set the parking brake.
A Stop the engine, remove the key, and allow the
blades to stop before making adjustments.
A Wear heavy gloves or wrap end of blade with a
rag when you handle blades.
ADJUSTING THE PARALLEL LINKAGE
1. Park the machine on a firm, flat and level surface.
2. Tire pressure must be correct. (See Tractor Operator's
Manual.)
3. Make sure the level of the mower blades is adjusted as
shown below. Then tighten the lock nuts securely.
Turn the cutting height control dial to "2.0" and the anti-
scalp rollers' height to keep clearance between rollers
and ground from 6 to 13 mm as shown in
"OPERATION" section. Turn right blade by hand
parallel to direction of travel.
Adjust (L) of front links with lock nuts so that A is 0 to
5 mm. A=(Y)-(X)
