Low Pressure Control Method
Compressor capacity is controlled by changing the inverter frequency based on the difference between the low pressure
and set value by adjusting the low pressure to the set value (ON value to OFF value).
However, compressor operation continues even if the low pressure becomes below OFF value and finally stops when the
low pressure reaches below the Lim value.
Note: Lim value = [OFF value] – [Low-press. DIFF. value]
For the setting of Low-press. DIFF. value, refer to "Low Pressure Setting" of "Setting and Indication of the Control PCB."
Short Cycle Prevention Control
After the compressor has been stopped, and even the pressure becomes higher than the "ON value", stopping continues
for the set stopping time (30 to 180 sec).
Fixed Frequency Operation
When the operation frequency of the compressor needs to be fixed for commissioning, etc., frequency can be fixed by the
following method.
Protection function is effective even during a fixed frequency operation.
<Method of Fixing the Frequency>
• Turn ON the DIP switch on the control PCB SW13-4 and SW13-5.
• Align the rotary switch (knob) with "Discharge."
• Set up frequency by using buttons
Note: Setting at shipment = 30 s
• Set the rotary switch (knob) back to "Operation" position.
After the operation, return the DIP switch setting of SW13-4 and SW13-5 back to OFF position.
