SUCH UNINTENDED OR UNAUTHORIZED USE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY CLAIM
BASED ON WARRANTY (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED), CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING ACTIVE,
PASSIVE, OR IMPUTED
