PERSONAL PROTECTION EQUIPMENT (PPE)
Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) is required whenever servicing this equipment. Always
wear safety glasses, gloves, protective boots or shoes, long pants, and a long-sleeve shirt when
handling glass.
Do not use mechanical devices or other
means to accelerate the defrosting
process.
Do not use electrical appliances inside
the food storage compartments of the
case(s).
Case ventilation openings must be clear
of any obstructions. Do not damage the
refrigerant circuit.
