1. Removing mech seal.

Using Allen wrench (metric size) to remove the 6
stud bolts.

Remove all impellers, sleeves and intermediate
chambers and place them in order.

Remove the rotary parts of mechanical seal.

Using wrench to remove the stud bolt.

Remove the cap and spring.

Remove the stationary part of mechanical seal.

- Page 3 Press in the rotary part. Install O-ring onto the intermediate chamber seat. ※Make sure it is clean Place back all impellers, sleeves and intermediate Tighten up the stud bolt. ※Torque 15-20 kgf．㎝ chamber in order. Install O-ring onto pump cap. Tighten up the stud bolts.
