How to Load Media

• Media with a width of 688 to 762 mm (27.1 to 30 in.) can be used.
• When printing on thin film material or similar media, use only the left and right pinch rollers.
1.

Load the paper tube.

Lower the dancer roller toward the rear.

Loosen the arm retaining screw.

Loosen the screw to a point where the arm can be moved to the left and right.
Load the roll media correctly.
Otherwise the media may fall and cause injury.
The roll media weighs about 25 kg (55 lb.). To avoid injury, handle the roll
media with care.
Never load media that weighs more than 25 kg (55 lb.).
The machine may fail to withstand the weight and tip over or cause the
media to fall.
Do not touch the dancer roller needlessly.
The media take-up unit and feeder may move suddenly, which may result
in injury.
