- Page 2 Place the Bottom Base Shelf (A) upside Insert the 2 Upright Supports (C) into each down on floor and install the 4 Wheels (B) side of the Bottom Base Shelf (A). into the caster holders on the base shelf. Note: Do not tighten the bolts on Base Shelf (A), leave loose.
