12. EC Declaration of Conformity

declare under our sole responsibility that the wireless transceiver Cisco
FM3500 Endo (model FM3500) has been designed and manufactured to
the following specifications:
• EMC: EN 55032:2015/A1:2016 Class A, EN 61000-3-2:2014, EN
61000-3-3:2013 and EN 55024:2010.
• RED: EN 301 893 V2.1.1, EN 301 489-1 V2.2.0, EN 301 489-17
V3.2.0 and EN50385, EN62311:2008.
• Safety: EN 60950-1:2006+A11:2009+A1:2010+A12:2011+A2:2013,
and IEC 60950-22.
in accordance with the following directives:
• 2014/35/EU (The Low Voltage Directive and its amending
directives)
• 2014/30/EU (The Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive and its
amending directives)
• 2014/53/EU (The Radio Equipment Directive and its amending
directives)
I hereby declare that the equipment named above has been designed to
comply with the relevant sections of the abovementioned specifications,
and that the unit complies with all essential requirements of the Directives.
