TROUBLESHOOTING

• If you press the device too firmly onto your skin, the counter-rotating motion will
stop and the device will vibrate once slowly. Lift the device slightly to resume treatment.
• If you scrub your face too aggresively with the device, the counter-rotating motion will
stop and the device will vibrate quickly several times. Glide the device across your
face using slow, broad strokes to resume treatment.
• If the device has flashing lights at the top and bottom of the On/Off button and
won ' t work, place it back on the charging base for a short period of time to charge/
reset the device. Turn the device back on. If the lights continue to flash, please
contact customer service.
• If you would like to pause your treatment, the device can be paused at any time be
pressing the On/Off button once. If the device is left paused, then it will turn off
after two minutes.
• If the LumiSpa Accent head becomes dislodged during use, simply pause the
device by pressing the On/Off button and reattach it. Press the On/Off button
again to continue treatment. Use slower, more gentle movements to help avoid
dislodging the Accent head.

DEVICE DISPOSAL

You must dispose of ageLOC® LumiSpa ® properly according to local laws and
regulations. Because ageLOC LumiSpa contains electronic components and a
NiMH (Nickel-Metal Hydride) battery pack, it must be disposed of separately
from household waste. When ageLOC LumiSpa reaches its end of life, contact
local authorities to learn about disposal and recycling options.
Dispose of batteries properly for your area.
