Review directory entries
DIR when in idle mode. The screen shows the irst entry in the directory.
1. Press
2. Press CID or
start a name search.
NOTE: If the telephone number in the directory exceeds 15 digits, a dash appears ater the
14th digit, and the remaining digits are displayed ater two seconds beginning with a dash.
Dial a directory number
When the desired directory entry displays, press
to dial.
Edit a directory entry
1. When the desired directory entry displays on the screen, press
2. Edit the telephone number, then press
3. Edit the name.
4. Press /SELECT to save.

Delete a directory entry
To delete one entry:
When the desired directory entry displays on the screen, press DELETE and then press
/SELECT to conirm.

To delete all entries:
1. Press MENU/
