Component Removal and Installation

REMOVE THE WOK BURNER ASSEMBLY (continued)
2 Remove the wok burner assembly from the unit.
WOK BURNER ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION
Install the Wok Burner Assembly
Place the wok burner assembly into the unit so that it
engages with the elbow's gas outlet at the bottom of the
tray.
WOK SURFACE BURNER REMOVAL
To remove the wok surface burner, first remove:
Flat wok grate

2 Wok grate
Wok top plate

Remove the Wok Surface Burner
1 Use a 4 mm hex bit to remove the screw from the surface
burner.
2 Remove the surface burner from the top of the gas burner.

WOK SURFACE BURNER INSTALLATION
Install the Wok Surface Burner
1 Install the surface burner into the top of the gas burner.
2 Use a 4 mm hex bit to install the screw into the surface
burner.
WOK GAS BURNER REMOVAL
To remove the wok gas burner, first remove:
1 Flat wok grate
Wok grate

Wok top plate

4 Wok surface burner
Remove the Wok Gas Burner
Lift the gas burner from the elbow's gas outlet at the
bottom of the tray.
WOK GAS BURNER INSTALLATION
Install the Wok Gas Burner
Place the gas burner into unit so that it engages with the
elbow's gas outlet at the bottom of the tray.
WOK IGNITOR REMOVAL
To remove the wok ignitor, first remove:
Flat wok grate

Wok grate

Wok top plate
