Component Removal and Installation
COMPONENT REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
FLAT WOK GRATE REMOVAL
Remove the Flat Wok Grate
Lift the flat wok grate directly upward from the wok grate.
FLAT WOK GRATE INSTALLATION
Install the Flat Wok Grate
Set the flat wok grate onto the wok grate.
WOK GRATE REMOVAL
To remove the wok grate, first remove:

Remove the Wok Grate
Lift the wok grate directly upward from the wok plate.
WARNING
The wok grate is very heavy. Two people may be
necessary to lift the wok grate. Verify there is
adequate clearance around the unit before
attempting to lift the wok grate. Make sure the
surface can support the wok grate after setting it
down. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in
grave personal injury or damage to the unit,
countertop, or wok grate.
WOK GRATE INSTALLATION
Install the Wok Grate
Set the wok grate into the hole in the wok top plate. The
keyed feature on the wok grate should align with the notch
in the front of the wok top plate.
WARNING
The wok grate is very heavy. Two people may be
necessary to lift the wok grate. Verify there is
adequate clearance around the unit before
attempting to lift the wok grate. Failure to follow
these guidelines may result in grave personal injury or
damage to the unit or wok grate.
WOK TOP PLATE REMOVAL
To remove the wok top plate, first remove:
