3.7.4 'Alternative PMC I/O' Mode

The IMP2B supports a build of 'Alternative PMC I/O' mode as a build option. This
allows four of the PMC I/O not normally available in Host mode to be made
available. When this option is selected, PMC I/O [45:48] are replaced by PMC I/O
[61:64]. See
