Enabling system audio control

external a mplifier w hen a ll o f t he f ollowing a re t rue:
• System a udio c ontrol i s e nabled o n t he T V.
• A C EC-­‐compatible a mplifier i s p owered o n a nd C EC d iscoverability i s e nabled.
• The C EC-­‐compatible a mplifier's H DMI
connector w ith a s uitable H DMI
