TROUBLESHOOTING CHART

SYMPTOMS
Water pressure is too low.
Flush handle or button is broken.
Water level in tank is below prescribelevel.
Poor flushing
Outlet valve chain is loosening, can not put
performance
up the flapper.
There is some sediments in the tank.
Toilet passageway or rim hole is blocking.
Drain outlet of the toilet or trapway is blocking. Clean the passageway.
Water supply hose installation badness.
The water pressure is too high.
Water level in tank is higher than overflow
pipe.
Tank seal ring installation badness or broken.
There is sand or debris around the float.
Water overflow
Sand or debris may be lodge in the water
control mechanism.
The flapper of flush valve is be out of shape,
or the rubber seal disk are worn or deformed.
Flush valve string is too tight, holding
the flush valve open.
Trapway is blocking.
The wax ring is not sealed completely.
Fill in long time or
Plugged valve inlet or supply line.

PROBABLE CAUSES
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Normal water supply pressure must be at
least 20 psi (0.14 mpa).
Replace flush handle or button.
Set to prescribed level.
Adjust the length of chain.
Clean the tank and cease using the cleanser.
Clean the passageway or rim hole.
Check the seal ring of the water supply hose
and reinstallation.
Turn angle valve down properly.
Adjust the cylinder to maintain the water at
the prescribed level.
Reinstallation tank, adjust the seal ring or
replace.
Clean the sand or debris.
Shut off water supply valve. Remove float.
Clean and reassemble, or replace outlet
valve.
Replace seat, rubber seal disk, or complete
assembly, as needed.
Replace outlet valve.
Clean the trapway.
Check the wax ring leakproofness according
to the installation manual, reinstall or replace
the wax ring.
Clean the filter of inlet valve.
