    TECHNICAL DOCUMENT PURPOSE This document gives instructions on installing the PathPilot Operator Console Assembly for 1100M/1100M+/1100MX. PRODUCT INFORMATION Product: PathPilot Operator Console Assembly for 1100M/1100M+/1100MX (PN 50440) Quantity Description Controller Enclosure Mount (PN 39308) Controller Wire Kit (PN 50367) Jog Pendant (PN 50363) Machine Controller Note: If any items are missing, we can help.

    4. Put the drill template on the mount arm's top bracket. Then, verify that the holes on the bracket align with the holes on the drill template.   • Page 7 1. Find the three provided split collars. If they're connected, remove their bolts using a 6 mm hex wrench, and separate them. The split collars are matched pairs, so you must keep them together. Page 7 ©Tormach® 2021 tormach.com Specifications subject to change without notice.

  • Page 9 Note: Don't completely tighten the brackets to the controller. You'll adjust them when you're adjusting the height of the entire console assembly.
