Foreword Dear owner, Congratulations on the purchase of your new CONVECTAIR electric heater. To obtain the best results and the ultimate in performance and comfort, please take a moment to read the installation, operation and maintenance instructions detailed in this manual. WARNING : Your heater is equipped with a precise electronic thermostat.
Safety WARNING Certains parts of this product can get very hot and cause burns. Special care should be taken in the presence of children and vulnerable people. This device may be used by children 8 years of age and over and by people with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lacking experience or knowledge, if they are adequately supervised or if instructions on the safe use of the device have been given and if the associated risks have been understood.

Do not insert any object in the device. The device must not be installed under a power socket. 10 Minimum installation distances to the floor, walls, furniture, etc., must be respected. (Figure A). If the device is installed in a bathroom or powder room (Figure B), it must be installed outside of volume 2 at a minimum distance of 0.5 m from the bathtub and/ or shower and must be fitted with a class A differential circuit breaker.
Installation and Mounting The installation must comply with applicable national and local standards, and CONVECTAIR recommends that it be done by a certified electrician. This manual was prepared at the time of manufacture of the device and in accordance with the standards applicable at the time. The company reserves the right to modify at any time the Installation and User Guide to account for standards and their evolution.

To install your device 15 cm (6 in.) from the floor (height recommended by CONVECTAIR), follow the instructions below: 1- Release the back panel by pinching and pulling the insertable tabs on the back of the device (Figure C). 2- Place the center of the back panel’s lower marking holes (No. 2 Figure C) at measurement C (see tables, Figures C - D - E - F - G) from the floor, and draw a mark.

6.5 AUTOMATIC OPERATION PRESS ACTIONS DISPLAY Press for 3 seconds to save your preferred settings. Press briefly for automatic operation based on your heating plan (programming of Comfort and Eco temperature ranges) and your setting preferences (preferred set point temperature, Window function, etc.). NOTE By default, the stored setting is: Preferred set temperature 19°C, Open window function enabled.

6.7 ABSENCE DETECTION / ENABLING Mode PRESS ACTIONS DISPLAY The function is automatically enabled in automatic mode. It can be disabled (see the following table). AUTO Mode NOTE In the event of a prolonged absence, the device progressively lowers the set point temperature. When it detects a presence, it reacts and returns to the operating mode defined by the user.

HARMONIZATION OF DISPLAYS (THERMOSTAT / THERMOMETER) NOTE This operation is optional. There may be a difference between the readings displayed on the device and on your thermometer. It is possible to harmonize both displays. Procedure: • This setting can only be performed if your device is set between 17 and 23°C.
Automatic Thermal Safety This device is equipped with an automatic thermal safety feature. During abnormal operation (for example, blocked air inlet or outlet), the device automatically stops. Once the abnormal operation is corrected, and as soon as the device has cool sufficiently, it will automatically restart.
Identification of Your Device IMPORTANT: PRODUCT INFORMATION APPEARS ON THE RATING LABEL. The rating label is placed at the back, on the bottom right (control side) of your device, and is used for identification purposes. It consists of: - The complete reference number of the device (A), to be specified in case of repair. - The wattage, voltage and frequency of the device (B).
