m BEFORE STARTING: Make sure lid is
closed and casters are locked to prevent
grill from moving.

FOR LP UNITS:
A) Unscrew regulator coupling from tank valve; turn counter-clockwise, or to
the left (1).
m WARNING: Do not use a wrench to loosen connection. Using
a wrench could damage regulator coupling and could cause a
leak.

    DOOR REMOVAl liD ASSEMBlY REMOVAl m CAUTION: Two people are required to lift and remove lid assembly. TOOLS NEEDED: - FLATHEAD A) While lid assembly is in closed position, remove A) Locate door pin release in door assembly (1). cotter pins out of clevis B) Using a screwdriver, push down on door pin release pins (1).

    BURnER tUBE REMOVAl WinD DEFlECtOR REMOVAl TOOLS NEEDED: - 5/16" NUT-DRIVER TOOLS NEEDED: - PHILLIPS A) Remove screws that secure burner tubes to cookbox (1) using a 5/16" A) Locate Phillips head screws under control panel. nut-driver. B) Remove screws that secure wind deflector to control panel (1) with a B) Remove igniter electrode wires from wire harness clips (2).

    iGnitER ElECtRODE REinStAllAtiOn iGnitER WiRE Clip inStAllAtiOn A) Slide igniter electrode (1) into the burner tube mounting bracket (2). IMPORTANT NOTE: This step only needs to be done if one or more REASSEMBLY NOTE: DO NOT USE ANY TOOLS TO INSTALL igniter wire clips are missing from manifold assembly.
