Power tool maintenance / preventive
measures
Before carrying out any works on the power tool it
must be disconnected from the mains.
Emptying the reservoir (see fig. 4-5)
Monitor the reservoir 18 filling, and emp-
ty it promptly according to safety precau-
tions described above.
• Turn off the power tool�
• Press the locking button 16 and remove the dust-
collecting container 1 (see fig. 4.1).
• Press the locking button 17 to open bottom cover 19
and carefully empty the reservoir 18 (see fig. 5).
• Close bottom cover 19 (button 17 should snap into
place)�
Belt filter and foam filter cleaning (see fig. 4, 6-7)
• Remove dust-collecting container 1, as described
above (see fig. 4).
• Unmount the upper part of dust-collecting contain-
er 20 as shown onto fig. 6.1-6.2.
• Carefully empty the reservoir 18 (if necessary)�
• Remove the belt filter 21 by pulling on its ends, as
shown onto fig. 6.3.
• Pull the lock and open the top cover 22 (see fig. 7.1).
• Remove the housing 24 with installed foam filter 25
(see fig. 7.2).
• Remove foam filter 25 from housing 24 (see fig. 7.3).
• Clean all details using a soft brush or wash them
with warm soapy water�
• Carefully wash belt filter 21 and foam filter 25 with
warm soapy water�
• If belt filter 21 or foam filter 25 damaged or seriously
clogged (it is not possible to clean using the above
listed methods), replace them�
• Dry all parts thoroughly before assembly�
• Assembly operations do in reverse sequence�
HEPA filter cleaning (see fig. 4, 8)
• Remove dust-collecting container 1, as described
above (see fig. 4).
• Remove the cover 26 by pulling on its lock, as
shown in fig. 8.1.
The manufacturer reserves the possibility to introduce changes.
• Remove HEPA filter 27 (see fig. 8.2).
• Clean HEPA filter 27 using a soft brush, and then
blow it out with compressed air.
• If HEPA filter 27 is damaged or seriously clogged
(it is not possible to clean using the above listed
methods), replace it�
• Install HEPA filter 27, as described above�
Cleaning of the power tool
An indispensable condition for a safe long-term exploi-
tation of the power tool is to keep it clean� Regularly
flush the power tool with compressed air thought the
ventilation slots 5�

Transportation of the power tools
• Only move the power tool by handle 3 or by picking
it up and supporting from the bottom� Do not move the
power tool by other parts (by pulling the air hose 10 or
power cable)�
• Categorically not to drop any mechanical impact on
the packaging during transport�
• When unloading / loading is not allowed to use any
kind of technology that works on the principle of clamp-
ing packaging�
Environmental protection
Recycle
disposing as waste.
Power tool, accessories and packaging
should be sorted for environment - friendly
recycling�
The plastic components are labelled for categorized
recycling�
These instructions are printed on recycled paper man-
ufactured without chlorine�
