EGG WHITE
OMELETTE
Ingredients:
8 egg whites
2 tsp olive oil
½ cup frozen spinach, defrosted and
drained
fresh parsley
Directions:
1.
Lightly grease the Cooking Surfaces and plug in the Express Pocket & Omelette
Maker. Whisk the egg whites in a bowl for about a minute. Stir in the spinach,
parsley, and cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
2.
Once the appliance has preheated, pour the egg mixture into each Cooking
Surface. Close the Cover and let cook for 2 minutes.
3.
Open the Cover and flip the omelettes. Close the Cover and cook for another 2
minutes. Top each omelette with cheese and serve warm.

TURKEY BACON
& AVOCADO Panini
Ingredients:
4 slices sourdough bread
6 slices turkey bacon, cooked
4 slices turkey
2 slices mozzarella cheese
Directions:
1.
Plug in your Express Pocket & Omelette Maker. Butter one side of each slice of
bread. Place two slices of bread, butter side down, on each Cooking Surface.
2.
Layer each panini with mozzarella, turkey bacon, turkey, avocado, tomato and
basil. Top with the two remaining slices of buttered bread, butter side up.
3.
Close the Cover and cook until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
Cut each panini in half and serve.
1 avocado, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
basil leaves
1-2 tbsp butter
