6、 使用和维护/ Use and Maintenance
1. 应按规定的条件和使用环境安装。
1. It is required to carry out the installation according to the specified conditions and use environment.
2. 触点间的绝缘电阻低于50MΩ时寿命已到极限需要更换产品。
2. Replace the product when the life has reached to its end in case the insulation resistance between
contacts is below 50MΩ.
7、 注意事项/ Precautions
1. 接触器线圈的驱动电路功率必须大于产品线圈起动功率。
1. The drive circuit power of the contactor coil must be greater than the coil's starting power.
2. 严禁在强磁场的地方或者靠近热辐射的范围内使用。
2. It is strictly forbidden to use the product in places with strong magnetic fields or in proximity to thermal
radiation.
3. 扭力范围：
注：为防止出现松动，凡安装接触器时均要使用垫圈。拧紧螺钉扭力范围请按要求，超出扭力最大值可导致产品破裂。
各个部位的螺钉锁紧扭矩请控制在上述的规定范围内。超出范围时可能会造成密封腔破裂及螺纹破损。
3. Torque range：
NDZ3X-100B/Z
Note: In order to prevent looseness, always use washers when installing contactors.Tighten the screw torque range as
required.Exceeding the maximum torque can lead to product rupture. Please control the screw locking torque at each
position within the range specified above. If out of range, the seal chamber may be cracked and the thread may be broken.
4. 请避免在接线端上粘附油脂等异物，并使用以下规格的连接导线，否则有可能会造成接线部分的异常发
热。
4. Avoid adhering grease and other foreign matters on the wring terminals and use the connecting
conductors with the following specifications, which may otherwise lead to the abnormal heating of the
terminals or conductors.
NDZ3X-100B/Z：导线截面积≥35mm²；
NDZ3X-100B/Z: Wire cross-section area≥35mm² 。
