If the fault LED goes on, the QDR switch operation is stopped. It then needs a hardware reset or a power off
cycle to bring it back into normal operation.

If the Green LED is blinking, the QDR switch is overheated. Please check the air fan and vent condition. If the
fault LED goes on at the same time, a hard reset or a power off cycle needs to be initiated.
