Correcting the soldering tip temperature
The temperature display was aligned to the use with soldering tips
with 0° deviation. When using different soldering tips (e.g. order no.
588228 "T-3 3.2D chisel shape"), the temperature displayed on the
display deviates by 10°C from the actual soldering tip temperature,
meaning the display shows 270°C an --> the actual soldering tip
temperature is only 260°C however.
This deviation leads to faulty soldering spots and can be compensa-
ted on the soldering station.
Please proceed as follows.
- Press the two buttons „PRESET1" and „PRESET3" simultaneously
and keep it depressed.
- The following display appears after approx.
3 seconds
- Let go of both buttons.
