Unable to pair the neckband speaker with a BLUETOOTH device

Bring the BLUETOOTH device within a distance of 1 m (3.2 ft) from the neckband speaker.

Once the neckband speaker is initialized, it may fail to connect with the previously paired iPhone. In such a case,

delete the pairing information of the neckband speaker from the iPhone, then pair them all over again.

Make sure that the BLUETOOTH device to pair with the neckband speaker is turned on and the BLUETOOTH

function is activated on the device.

If the name of the neckband speaker is not displayed on the BLUETOOTH device to pair with the neckband speaker,

turn off the BLUETOOTH function on the device, and then turn it back on. This may solve the issue.
