Instructions for removing the door panel

Tools required: Torx key TX20, Socket Allen key 3 mm

WARNING

Some components of the power electronics and other components remain live even after the power
switch has been switched off. Remove the mains plug.
1.
Remove the semi-circular cover on the door interior
panel by removing both Torx screws (Fig. 1).
2.
Remove both Torx screws for fixing the locking slider
on the inside of the door (Fig. 2) and remove the
locking slider from the door exterior. Pay attention to
the spacer plates, which are hanging loose on the
retaining collars (Fig. 3, detail).
