Exchange text messages with other SoftBank handsets or
compatible devices wirelessly via Bluetooth
Transmission/connection fees do not apply.

! Near Chat range may vary according to ambient
conditions.
! Parents who use Near Chat parental control feature
should restrict access to Handset Code, which can be used
to activate All Reset (ZP.12-8) which cancels
restrictions.

device names appear. Unsolicited device connection
requests may be received; reject any unwanted
connection requests.
! An error message may appear due to ambient
