• This may occur just after turning 705P on. Return to Standby and retry later.
• This may occur just after turning 705P on.
• Does
appear in Standby? Is 705P out-of-range or in a location where signal is weak?
Move to a location where signal is strong.
• Is AC Charger firmly connected to 705P or Desktop Holder? (ZP.1-19, P.1-20)
• Is AC Charger securely plugged into an outlet?
• Is battery installed in 705P correctly? (ZP.1-18)
• Is 705P correctly mounted in Desktop Holder? (ZP.1-20)
• Make sure 705P, battery, Desktop Holder and AC Charger terminals are clean.
• Battery may not charge beyond +5°C and +35°C.
• Battery may need to be replaced.
• AC Charger/Desktop Holder may warm during charging.
705P may warm during long use. This is normal if you can hold it comfortably. Low temperature
burns may occur if 705P is held against skin for long periods.
• Battery Operating Time may be reduced by environmental factors such as temperature, charging
conditions or signal strength, as well as by operations or settings. See "Charging Time &
Operating Time" (ZP.1-15) and "Battery Time" (ZP.1-16).
