Important infomation
WARNING!
Never perform measurements on a child
who has a pacemaker, continuous glucose monitor or an
implanted or wearable electronic device.
WARNING!
Ventica® should only be used as described
in the Parent Guide. For any questions or concerns,
consult the healthcare professional supervising the
measurement.
WARNING!
The device must not get wet. Showering
and bathing is forbidden when the child is wearing
Ventica®.
WARNING!
All other electronic devices including baby
monitors and mobile phones should be located at least
30 cm from the child during the measurement.
WARNING!
Keep Ventica® out of the reach of children
and pets.
WARNING!
The electrodes are for single use only
and must not be reused. If you need to repeat the
measurement, use a new set of electrodes for each
measurement and replace the batteries after 2 nights.
When you are not using the recorder, remove the
batteries to avoid leakage.
Troubleshooting
The recorder continues to flash orange light
The batteries are depleted. Replace the batteries as
instructed if you want to continue taking measurements.
I am about to start a new measurement, but the
indicator light flashes orange when I push the button
The recorder was not turned off properly in the morning
and is still measuring. Turn off the recorder and the start
a new measurement.
