Step 3: Insert handle (16) into the corresponding holes on the frame, then through the holes of frame and
handle (16) by using knob (17) to fix it tightly. When fixing the Hand wheel (18) please ensure that the keyways
on both the handle (18) and the Frame are aligned and connect properly. Using both Bolt (3) Washer (2) to attach
the hand wheel in place (18).
