I. ERROR MODE
When the water heater encounters an error, the display will flash "Er" followed by a numerical code. The wa-
ter heater shall enter a soft lockout condition if the error is such that it can return to normal operation once
the condition relieves itself (overheat conditions, NTC open or shorts, etc.). The water heater shall enter a
hard lockout if the condition indicates something more serious (flame, ignition, condensate line, etc.) To clear a
hard lockout Error Code, press the Power button.
