To reinforce the pressure-resisting strength, flare processing dimensions and opposite side dimension of flare nut (For Ø12.7 copper pipe) of the refrigerant piping are lengthened.

Recover the refrigerant, and check no refrigerant remains in the equipment. When the compound gauge’s pointer has indicated –0.1 Mpa (–76 cmHg), place the handle Low in the fully closed position, and turn off the vacuum pump’s power switch.

    FILE NO. SVM-17030 11. HOW TO DIAGNOSE THE TROUBLE The pulse motor circuits are mounted to both indoor and outdoor units. Therefore, diagnose troubles according to the trouble diagnosis procedure as described below. (Refer to the check points in servicing written on the wiring diagrams attached to the indoor/outdoor units.) Table 11-1 Troubleshooting Procedure...

The sensor leads and other wires are covered with insulated tubes for protection. Nevertheless, care must be taken to ensure that these wires are not pinched.
