Do not hold the DUT by hand on the lens housing.
Ensure the thermometer fits easily into the 4180 measurement well. Setup Fluke highly recommends that a calibration fixture be used. Black Body Source The calibration station consists of black body sources that are measured by a precision thermistor thermometer and a thermometer readout.
