STEP 20– ASSEMBLING UPPER MODULES TO
LEG BASES
Using appropriate rigging, lift upper modules on to leg bases but
keep a small gap between to adjust when fastening together.
Thread 3/8" ange bolts up into all interior rivet nuts (2 in each
leg). These should all be started before setting full weight of
upper modules on leg bases. Complete assembly by installing all
¼" ange bolts and then fully tighten 3/8" ange bolts.
Fully tighten all leg cross brace bolts.
Fasteners required:
3/8" ange bolts: 2 for each leg
¼" ange bolts: 5 between each leg
