DX4 CPUs can perform high speed processing due to internal clock multiplication. This type of CPU is capable of multiplying
the clock by 2X/2.5X and 3X to reach 100mhz speed. However CPU vendors recommend that it is far more stable to use the 3X
clock method. Therefore this is the default.
