COMMUNICATION
The standby display and the name of the call op‐
erator are displayed.
Display buttons
The current functions of these buttons are
shown in the bottom line of the display.
Press the button: select the function.
Arrow buttons
Press the up/down arrow buttons: browse be‐
tween menus.
Press the left/right arrow buttons: adjust the call
volume during a call.
The volume last set is stored and retained for the
next call.

Text entry

Press a number button repeatedly until the
desired character is displayed. If the next let‐
ter is entered with the same button as the
current letter, wait briefly until the cursor re‐
appears.

To enter a blank space: button 0.
▷
To change between upper and lower case
letters: button #.
▷
To enter a special character: button 1.
▷
To change to the number mode: press but‐
ton # for an extended period.
Menus
"Menu"press. The following submenus are con‐

Press the up/down arrow buttons to browse be‐
tween the menus. Press "Ok" to select the
menu.
Symbols
White square: function deactivated.
Black square: function activated.
Incoming call
Accepting a call
If the number of the caller is stored in the phone
book and is transmitted by the network, the
name of the phone book entry is displayed.

Press the button or "Answer".
▷
If automatic answering is activated, pick up
the handset from the storage compartment.
