1. Email service uses data. Make sure if WIFI or data is available.
2. Check the email address and password.

Apps not in use are displayed as programs in operation even though I kill them all.

Due to Android's attributes, the app will re-run even when you end it.
This is due to the cache set for faster speed before users run it or background service
provided.
