Rotate • Use only a Zip filter to match the one used in your chiller product (see Spare parts page 5). The filter cartridge can be obtained directly from Zip, visit www. zipwater. co.uk or alternatively call Zip on 0345 6 005 005. -

• Before calling for service, check that both the water and electricity supplies are turned on and functional. • Call Zip customer service on 0345 6 005 005 for assistance, service, spare parts and enquiries. Filter Timer Module • The 2x AAA batteries should be replaced when filter is replaced. -

Maintenance Condenser • The condenser should be cleaned at regular 12-monthly intervals, or when the filter is replaced. • The condenser is accessed by a removable panel in the side of the external case. Disconnect power and remove the 4 screws holding the panel in place , see adjacent diagram. -
