CARE AND MAINTENANCE
General maintenance of the trailer
• Check your trailer from time to time for loose or worn parts, torn material
or seams.
• Repair or replace parts as needed.
• Overpressure or underpressure in the tyres can lead to handling problems
of the trailer. Replace the tyres only with tyres with road tread.
• We recommend that you clean all parts regularly, wipe them dry and then
allow them to air dry, especially if they have been exposed to salt water,
salt spray, beach sand, etc.
Note: Do not make any modifications to the trailer. Make sure that the
trailer and the bicycle are in good working order. a bicycle dealer can help
you with inspection and maintenance. Do not use cleaning agents. Only
clean the trailer with mild soap and water.
Seasonal storage of the trailer
• Check the trailer and all of its parts before and after each use and storage.
• Before each use, check the condition of the trailer and the bicycle.
• Store the trailer in a dry place and ensure that the trailer is always dry
before storage.
Note: To avoid fading of the colour and possible weakening of the fabrics or
components, store the pendant away from direct sunlight.
Service and Repair of the Trailer
Service and repair can be carried out by any bicycle shop.
