This page lets you set some of the timing parameters for the
system.
Trend ChipAway This mainboard has built-in virus protection in the
firmware. Use this item to enable or disable the
Virus
built-in virus protection.
SDRAM Items
The five items which define the timing for
SDRAM memory are pre-installed with fixed
values and you cannot change them.
EDO RASx Wait This item sets wait states for the Row Address
Strobe (RAS) for installed EDO RAM memory.
State
EDO CASx Wait
This item sets wait states for the Column Address
State Strobe (CAS) for installed EDO RAM memory.
DRAM Integrity Use this item to define the kind of error correction
supported by the memory that you have installed.
Mode
DRAM Refresh Use this item set the refresh rate for the installed
DRAM.
Rate
Graphics
This item defines an aperture for the graphics.
Leave this item at the default value 64 MB.
Aperture Size
8/16-bit I/O These two items set the timing parameters for
legacy 8-bit and 16-bit ISA expansion cards.
Recovery Time
Leave these items at the default value.
