Operation The 438K applicator is very simple to operate. After installing the applicator, fill the tank with 5 gallons of water. With control box connected to the applicator and the power cord hooked to the 12-volt battery we can start the test. First flip on the toggle switch. You might hear the buzzing of the motor. Turn the dial on the control box until the gauge starts to climb. -

Clean the tip strainers and main strainer every 10 hours of operation or more frequently if required. Depending on the product being used, the system may need to be flushed with water at a regular interval (consult with manufacturer of the chemical.) If Harvest Tec product is being used, flushing is not necessary. -
