Problem
Tank stand module is not
communicating with sys-
tem.

Cause
Intermittent electrical connections.
FCM errors.
Solution
Ensure the system main power is ON.
Ensure power disconnect on base cube is
ON.
Ensure all power and communication con-
nections from the GMS system to the tank
stand are secure. See electrical schematic
in either the HFR or VRM Repair-Parts man-
ual.
Check tank stand circuit breaker in GMS
power distribution box to see if it has
tripped. See electrical schematic in either
the HFR or VRM Repair-Parts manual.
Replace power cable.
Replace communications cable.
Check FCM. A red LED indicates a problem
with the module. See electrical schematic in
either the HFR or VRM Repair-Parts man-
ual.
Replace FCM.
