Troubleshooting

Problem
No agitation.
No vacuum suction in tank.

Cause
Agitator is not turning.
Intermittent electrical connections.
Vacuum pump is not functioning.
Vacuum lines damaged or leaking.
Solution
Ensure the system main power is ON.
If agitator is pneumatic:
• Check to see if air supply is connected
properly
• Check to see if air supply is turned on
• Check regulator
• Replace agitator motor
Ensure all electrical connections to the
motor are secure. See electrical schematic
in either the HFR or VRM Repair-Parts man-
ual.
Check if tank stand circuit breaker in power
distribution module has tripped. See electri-
cal schematic in either the HFR or VRM
Repair-Parts manual.
Replace motor.
Check power cord from wall.
Ensure vacuum pump power is ON.
Ensure connections from vacuum line to
tank lid are secure.
Ensure there are no kinks or links in vacuum
line to tank lid.
Replace vacuum pump.
