Introduction
This section presents a Coomassie staining protocol recommended by
GE Healthcare.
Coomassie staining solutions
250 ml of each solution is used in each step.
Solution Preparation
Fixing
1 Mix 400 ml of ethanol and 100 ml of acetic acid with
